GOGO Music is delighted to present “Alikoto” a genre bending collaboration by House Master Ralf GUM delivering a deeply rooted musical playback for Ghana’s multiple award winning artist Trigmatic who adds his distinctive charm with his vocals.
Ralf GUM does not need much of an introduction in the music industry anymore. He has been active since 3 decades and has been responsible for some of the most memorable House Music ever released, while incessantly expanding his own sound and House Music in general. And there seems no slowing down or as Ralf puts it: “I just love creating, it’s just me.” Since beginning of lockdown, Ralf has easily released content to fill a long-player in the form of singles and every one of these received global plaudit in the scene. Now he teams up with Ghanaian Trigmatic, who he had met at Amazing Voices Africa when they shared the panel of judges in Season1 of the casting show.
Trigmatic got four albums to his credit, which he released during the last 15 years of his career, for which he received 11 national and international awards, including 5 VGMA awards, and over 30 music award nominations, 19 of them being from the Ghana Music Awards. His passion for music extends to his shows where he performs to the delight of thousands of music lovers. Trigmatic has slowly woven his way into the African music scene with his unique style and ability to play with words. His songs take your spirit through many journeys and open you up for a great life adventure. Trig has long moved from being a rapper to a musical force. Fundamentally Trigmatic is a storyteller with unique voice and concurrent style of fusing different genres on a song, which leaves him with a unique edge in music.
